Partner With Us

Support your students with programs that complement the important work already happening in your school. Through engaging instruction, measurable outcomes, and collaborative planning, we help schools deliver meaningful learning experiences without creating additional burdens on staff.

Why Schools Partner With Us

Today's schools are expected to prepare students for far more than academic success alone. Students are navigating important decisions about their future while schools work to balance instructional priorities, student engagement, and limited resources.

Our programs are designed to support those efforts by providing structured, engaging learning experiences that reinforce essential skills, encourage student participation, and deliver measurable outcomes schools can use to demonstrate impact.

How Our Program Agreement Works

Our Program Agreement is designed to provide a structured and seamless experience for both schools and students. Through a streamlined process, we work closely with your school to coordinate planning, scheduling, delivery, and reporting while minimizing administrative burden on staff.

Turnkey Delivery

Oucomes & Reporting

Each program includes up to three deliveries of the same workshop, typically scheduled on the same day to efficiently serve multiple groups of students. This approach allows schools to provide a consistent learning experience across their senior class while minimizing disruption to instructional time and campus operations.

We work directly with school leadership to coordinate workshop dates, scheduling, and logistics. Sessions are strategically planned around your school's calendar, student needs, and operational priorities.

We provide materials, facilitation, assessments, and reporting, allowing school staff to focus on supporting students rather than managing program logistics.

Every workshop includes pre- and post-assessments designed to measure student learning and growth. Schools receive a summary of key findings and insights that help demonstrate program effectiveness and support future planning efforts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a school initiate a partnership?

Schools can begin by submitting a partnership inquiry to schedule a consultation. During the 35-minute consultation, you'll discuss your student population, goals, scheduling considerations, and determine which program best aligns with your school's needs.

Can workshops be customized?

Yes. Our programs are designed with flexibility in mind. While our Financial Literacy and Life Skills workshops are established programs with defined learning objectives and content designed to provide a consistent experience across participating schools. Schools seeking a different topic or area of focus may choose a fully customized workshop developed in collaboration with your program facilitator to support specific goals, initiatives, or student needs.

How many students can
participate?

The current delivery model is designed to effectively serve senior classes of up to approximately 360 students. For schools with larger senior populations, additional workshop deliveries can be coordinated to ensure all students have the opportunity to participate.

How are workshops delivered?

Workshops are designed to maximize student participation while minimizing disruption to instructional time. Each program includes up to three deliveries of the same workshop, allowing schools to provide a consistent learning experience to multiple groups of students, often on the same day. This flexible approach helps schools reach their entire senior class without requiring large-scale schedule adjustments or significant staff involvement.

Do all three workshop deliveries
need to occur on the same day?

In most cases, yes. Delivering all workshop sessions on the same day is the preferred model because it minimizes disruption to instructional schedules, reduces coordination efforts, and allows schools to efficiently serve their senior class within a single planned event. For schools where a single-day delivery is not possible, a two-day delivery option may be considered during the planning process.

How long is each workshop?

Workshops are designed to be impactful while respecting instructional priorities. Each workshop is approximately 90 minutes, including about 20 minutes dedicated to assessments.

Schools interested in an assembly format may also choose a 90-minute presentation, with assessment options discussed during the consultation process.

What logistics are required from
the school?

Schools assist with identifying participating students, securing an appropriate meeting space, and coordinating workshop scheduling. Your program facilitator will work closely with school leadership to ensure all logistical details are communicated and finalized prior to delivery.

What is required from school
staff?

The goal is to keep staff involvement as simple as possible. Your program facilitator manages workshop materials, delivery, assessments, and reporting, while school staff provide support with scheduling, student communication, and day-of coordination as needed.

How will schools receive program results and insights?

Within 30 days of the final workshop delivery, schools receive a summary report outlining participation metrics and aggregated pre- and post-assessment results. These key performance indicators help schools measure knowledge gains and understand the overall impact of the workshop experience.

To support interpretation of the results, a 30-minute follow-up video consultation is also included. During this meeting, your program facilitator will review the report, answer questions, and discuss key findings with school leadership.

How far in advance should we schedule?

Schools are encouraged to schedule as early as possible, ideally at the beginning of the school year. Early scheduling provides the greatest flexibility when selecting dates and planning around academic calendars, testing schedules, and other student activities.

For Financial Literacy and Life Skills workshops, a minimum of two months' notice is recommended. Fully customized workshops should be scheduled at least four months in advance to allow adequate time for planning, content development, review, and implementation.
